Platinum Allied Health can provide specialist support coordination to maximise usage of your existing plans or find new supports that are better suited to help you now. Our support coordinators will complete a comprehensive assessment with the participant to determine requirements with consideration to goals. Post Assessment, our support coordinators will assist you to interview support services and health professionals to determine the best available for your purposes.
